I decided to give my new mini cupcake pan a play today and whipped up a batch of strawberry cupcakes (tinted red).
I tried out two different types of cases, and I think I prefer the red cases over the gold.
My icing was a little bit flat because I added too much milk, and had run out of icing sugar to thicken it back up (shocking, I know!)

Hi Michelle, i was wondering if you could share a tip or 2 or maybe recipe for this cupcake? I had tried few cupcake recipes using this gold casing cupcake but had failed! the cake tend to leave the casing when its cool and also it will drop from the casing if i overturned it.... im doing a wedding tier this coming Nov using this gold casing so i really need ur help as i saw it myself from ur pic that yours is sooooo perfectly done.
